The main focus of this research is to examine the legal protection simple patent innovations within Indonesian system, considering their substance, structure, and culture. objective advocate for reformulation regulations concerning social economic utilization intellectual property, specifically patents, in order address impact on public interest from a welfare state perspective. current governing patents demonstrate monopolistic individualistic tendencies.
